How to get a visa yourself!

To get a visa yourself, you must work directly with the consulate or the embassy of the country you wish to visit. Once you find the contact information for the country you would like to visit, he or she can get you a visa, if needed. Each country has its own policies for providing visas. So when getting a visa, make sure to look closely at each specific country you are visiting, because not all rules apply to each country.

FAQ

China Visa Service - Which agent to use?
Looking for a China Visa company that offers fast visa service because I forget that I need a visa to enter China. Advice please!?

I travel there all the time and always get my Visa taken care of by a local travel agency. They will charge your about $60USD for a 1 entry (you can enter China once) or $90USD for 2 entries.

A local travel agency will allow you the convenience of picking it back up when you want.

You will need to bring a passport photo and your passport.

GL.

It normally takes 7- 10 days, however you can pay extra fee to get express service (1 working day). If you plan to get single entry visa, then the visa fee is $50.

You need to provide the documents as below:
Documents to be included with application:
1. Your valid & actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration and at least one blank page left in it.
2. One completed Visa Application Form (Q1) with one additional passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).
3. An applicant born in China who applies for a Chinese visa with a new foreign passport is required to submit his /her Chinese passport or last foreign passport with a Chinese visa.

If you have all the proper paperwork or you're just traveling. Just go to the Chinese consulate in Wan Chai (Hong Kong). It will the cheapest and the fastest. But that's if you have already made it to asia. Otherwise, most places that sell plane tickets to China can arrange an agent to get the visa for you. All the travel agencies take there stuff there to be processed anyway.
